Core Requirements
- 6+ years of enterprise workstation engineering experience.
- Proven skills in Microsoft Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Experience with SCCM and Intune.
- Strong understanding of network protocols.
- Relevant certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 support for workstation-related escalations.
- Manage and optimize AVD host pools and session hosts.
- Configure and troubleshoot FSLogix profiles and Azure AD.
- Support software deployment using SCCM and Intune.
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex issue resolution.
- Lead workstation infrastructure maintenance in Azure.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
