- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 4 years of Workday Administration experience
- Proficiency in Advanced Compensation and Workday Case Management
- Experience with Recruitment and Talent Management modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Workday for various modules
- Provide user support and troubleshoot system issues
- Conduct training for users on the Workday platform
- Develop and maintain customer reports and analytics
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT for system implementation
- Ensure data integrity and security protocols are followed
- Manage updates and enhancements to the Workday system
