- Manage all warehouse operations including inventory and order processing
- Ensure accurate inventory records and reporting
- Oversee order fulfillment for retail and B2B channels
- Handle returns and slow-moving stock
- Train and supervise warehouse staff
- Develop and improve warehouse processes
- Coordinate with sales and marketing for peak sales campaigns
