- Lead overall clinic operations across Java–Bali.
- Translate company vision into operational roadmaps.
- Act as a bridge between Head Office and clinics.
- Oversee daily operations ensuring service consistency.
- Support new clinic openings and service expansion.
- Strengthen operational frameworks and SOPs.
- Evaluate service gaps and clinic performance.
