- Develop and implement SOPs for technology operations.
- Plan security measures and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Provide technical direction and troubleshooting assistance.
- Supervise the System Admin and Network Admin teams.
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers.
