Responsibilities
- Monitor high-value user activity and engagement trends.
- Assist in planning and launching regular activities.
- Provide responsive customer support to user inquiries.
- Coordinate live room activities and maintain a positive environment.
- Engage with user groups through activities.
- Ensure rewards distribution and basic budget handling.
- Adapt to new tasks and processes as needed.
