- Experience leading or mentoring teams
Responsibilities
- Lead underwriting for loan applications and renewals
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Manage and develop a team of underwriters
- Collaborate with Business Units and stakeholders
- Monitor portfolio quality and process performance
- Drive improvements in systems and workflows
