Responsibilities
- Conduct UX audits across all portals.
- Redesign user journeys including onboarding and payments.
- Create interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Develop UI patterns for consistency.
- Prepare design documentation and guidelines.
- Collaborate with QA and engineering for usability.
- Enhance mobile user flows for responsiveness.
