Core Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
8 to 10 years of treasury or corporate finance experience
Strong numerical and financial modeling skills
Knowledge of Bonds/MTN programme management
Professional accreditations like ACCA, CA, CFA, CPA, or CTP

Responsibilities

Develop and review financing strategies and capital structures.
Maintain SJ Bond Programme and manage bank loan administration.
Assess funding options to secure cost-efficient financing.
Review financing terms and negotiate related documentation.
Formulate hedging strategies to manage interest rate risks.
Manage the Group's liquidity and cash flow requirements.
Support corporate finance matters and ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.
