Responsibilities
- Assist in funding proposals to financial institutions
- Review financing proposals and legal documents
- Prepare loan drawings and ensure timely payments
- Monitor covenants across secured debt facilities
- Negotiate amendments and waivers with lenders
- Develop and update debt management policies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
