Responsibilities

Plan and optimize transport orders using management systems.
Manage end-to-end shipment processing.
Coordinate with carriers and customer service teams.
Support dispute management and KPI monitoring.
Drive continuous process improvements.
Provide operational and analytical support.
Lead transport execution and improvement projects.
