Core Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 2+ years of loan servicing experience.
- Experience in reserve disbursement.
- Knowledge of mortgage and consumer lending regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Process loan servicing activities and inquiries.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents for approvals.
- Manage end-to-end construction draw requests.
- Reconcile draw requests against project budgets.
- Identify risks in disbursement and escalate issues.
- Guide borrowers on disbursement documentation.
- Generate reports on disbursement activity.
