Core Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
Minimum 10 years' experience in mining operations.
3 years in a supervisory role.
Certificate 4 in Workplace Training.
Experience with underground mining techniques.

Responsibilities

Deliver competency-based learning and assessment.
Assist in planning and implementing training targets.
Develop learning materials and assessment tools.
Conduct competency assessments of trainees.
Mentor national apprentices and employees.
Monitor development of apprentices and operators.
Provide technical support and advice to clients.
