Responsibilities

Conduct orientation programs on sales processes
Develop individual training plans for new employees
Create high-quality training programs for leaders
Meet stakeholders to assess learning needs
Develop training materials and assessment tools
Provide ongoing support and resources for trainees
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager
