Core Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience in training
  • Experience with mobile devices and technology
  • Knowledge of training design principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Learning and Development Specialists.
  • Partner with the Instructional Design Team.
  • Develop and manage certification frameworks.
  • Implement performance measurement frameworks.
  • Facilitate Train-The-Trainer sessions.
  • Conduct talent assessments and evaluations.
  • Collaboratively develop training needs surveys.
