Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Management.
- 4–6 years of experience in a technical or production environment.
- 1–3 years of leadership experience in training.
- Proficient with IT systems.
- Bilingual in Vietnamese and English.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the training team.
- Deliver standardized training for shop-floor trainers.
- Build a high-performing training organization.
- Collaborate with area leaders and HR for effective training.
- Coordinate completion of mandatory training.
- Establish training processes and KPIs.
- Analyze training needs from strategic initiatives.
