Responsibilities
- Plan and implement brand visibility activities at retail points.
- Develop and evaluate promotional programs to increase sales.
- Oversee trade activation activities to enhance customer experience.
- Manage local store marketing initiatives tailored to specific areas.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends.
- Control and optimize the budget for marketing activities.
- Supervise and develop team members' skills and performance.
