Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients on operational issues.
- Support clients trading in global markets.
- Perform reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure transactions are correctly captured in systems.
- Conduct root cause analyses on operational issues.
- Produce reports for break resolution.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
