Core Requirements
- High School graduate, Bachelor's preferred in Tourism or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in the travel industry.
- Experience in sales or tour planning is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and travel booking systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in booking tour packages and travel services.
- Create and manage tour quotations and pricing details.
- Develop customized travel itineraries.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with teams and vendors for smooth operations.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout their journey.
- Prepare and send travel documents and invoices.
