Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 10 years of software testing experience
- 3+ years in a Test Lead role
- Strong hands-on experience in Telecom OSS/BSS testing
- Proven experience in multi-vendor project environments
Responsibilities
- Define and drive test strategy for Telecom OSS/BSS and SAP projects
- Lead a team of testers across multiple vendors
- Ensure coverage for functional, integration, and E2E testing
- Oversee automation initiatives using various tools
- Manage test environments and defect triage
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align QA activities
- Prepare and present test reports and quality metrics
