Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 15+ years of test engineering experience
- 3+ years in a managerial role
- Hands-on experience with ATE platforms
- Strong failure analysis skills
Responsibilities
- Lead test engineering for production and NPI.
- Define and implement test strategies.
- Oversee test program development.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians.
- Manage departmental budgets and KPI reporting.
- Collaborate with customers on test readiness.
