Responsibilities
- Define and optimize test processes for manufacturing.
- Lead test process improvements focusing on cycle time and yield.
- Debug test processes using statistical analysis tools.
- Collaborate with engineers to solve yield and performance issues.
- Analyze yield reports to identify loss sources.
- Support equipment integration into manufacturing systems.
- Develop technical documentation and reports.
