Responsibilities
- Develop and update test plans and specifications.
- Perform product characterization and correlation between testers.
- Provide support in developing test hardware and software.
- Analyze yield issues and provide feedback to production.
- Establish Control Chart monitoring in test areas.
- Work with production to improve yield and cost reduction.
- Write and maintain test process documentation.
