- Leadership experience in managing testing functions and strategy development.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and finalize project-specific Testing Strategies.
- Execute testing programs ensuring compliance with processes and tools.
- Review test strategies and coverage of testing types.
- Define annual testing goals and track progress.
- Create and maintain automation strategies.
- Act as the primary escalation point for testing concerns.
- Report on overall testing status and update project management.
