Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10-15 years of overall IT experience
- Hands-on experience with ECM platforms like OpenText and Alfresco
- Strong knowledge of Java and .NET for development
- Experience in the public sector or regulated environments
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ECM architectures.
- Hands-on configuration and customization of ECM platforms.
- Develop and integrate solutions with external systems.
- Architect document-centric workflows and case management solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Lead modernization of legacy ECM systems.
- Mentor and guide junior technical staff.
