Responsibilities
- Support QA testing for software and firmware of Elgato products
- Compile reports on findings and testing data
- Record testing data and analyze results
- File all issues and concerns in bug tracking software
- Build test benches for test automation
- Troubleshoot across multiple platforms
- Complete testing and file results with minimal oversight
