Core Requirements
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- 2 years in a Data Center environment
- Strong knowledge of data center best practices
- Proficiency in troubleshooting server hardware
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Perform weekly sweeps of server and storage equipment.
- Diagnose server and storage equipment connectivity issues.
- Engage vendor support organizations for hardware fixes.
- Collaborate with operations team for break-and-fix processes.
- Oversee Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes.
- Provide hardware support for installations and changes.
- Manage inventory records and perform cycle counts.
