Core Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in any discipline
- 2 years of related experience in a commercial property setting
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word
- On-the-job training in areas like HVAC or plumbing
Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and systems
- Clean, lubricate, and service various pumps and devices
- Install and modify building equipment and systems
- Replace and repair building finishes as needed
- Make recommendations for maintenance operations improvement
- Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and maintenance issues
- Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests
