Core Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (preferably mechatronics)
- 3 years experience in semiconductor industry
- Experience in Semiconductor Assy. manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities for FOL equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
- Conduct equipment conversion and changeover activities.
- Execute improvement projects to enhance equipment performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for technical upgrades.
- Prepare and present summary reports on technical investigations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
