Core Requirements

Responsibilities
- Reduce machinery downtime through effective engineering processes.
- Run production plans as per established targets.
- Coordinate with production, QA, and safety teams.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance.
- Propose and implement productivity enhancements.
