Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 3-5 years of technical support experience
  • Knowledge of fiber optic transport protocols
  • Experience with Ethernet/IP networks
  • CE-A and OC-A certifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support for customers 24x7 as required.
  • Conduct on-site support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with design and supply chain on issues.
  • Utilize debug tools to aid in problem resolution.
  • Create and publish technical documents.
  • Train new technical support engineers.
  • Support customer networking issues on-site or remotely.
