Core Requirements
- Degree in engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA/Bsc IT/Cs)
- 4-9 years of technical troubleshooting experience
- Ability to work in shifts
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone and email
- Understand and resolve customer issues
- Develop analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Guide customers through solutions
- Collaborate with Level 2 support for complex issues
- Contribute to SOPs and updates
- Manage cases in Salesforce and meet SLA targets
