  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone and email
  • Understand and resolve customer issues

  • Guide customers through solutions
  • Collaborate with Level 2 support for complex issues
  • Contribute to SOPs and updates
  • Manage cases in Salesforce and meet SLA targets
