Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, web, and email.
  • Manage customer cases and expectations professionally.
  • Achieve targeted call statistics and case resolutions.
  • Assist customers with product selection and configuration.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain a FAQs system for customer assistance.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members.
