Responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and fit.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and update job descriptions.
Maintain a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Track all roles and candidate movements in JIRA and the ATS.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Talent Head.
Support offer preparation and negotiation.
