- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex techno-functional problems.
- Advise customers on Oracle product functionality.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Work directly with users to resolve issues and provide data analysis.
- Create and review knowledge articles for user guidance.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and project timelines.
- Perform functional testing as per business requirements.
