- Lead the establishment of technical standards.
- Manage the PV technology team and enhance capabilities.
- Oversee electrical design tasks and feasibility studies.
- Ensure standard implementation during construction.
- Participate in project feasibility and bidding decisions.
- Propose solutions for major project risks.
- Conduct drawing reviews and technical clarifications.
