Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 3+ years in Field Service or Technical Support roles.
- Strong understanding of Cobots and AMRs.
- Proficiency in PLC programming.
- Experience with AI/ML platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for deployed systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis on system failures.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system health checks.
- Manage repairs and calibration of robotic components.
- Deploy software and firmware updates to robots.
- Act as primary technical contact post-deployment.
- Provide on-site training to client staff on system usage.
