Core Requirements

15+ years of experience in software development.
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies.
Familiarity with HIPAA/HITRUST standards.

Responsibilities

Provide technical oversight for a global development team.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Act as a Level 4 expert for complex issue resolution.
Build Proof of Concepts for custom requirements.
Ensure compliance with coding standards and documentation.
Lead technical code reviews and provide mentorship.
Optimize D365 for performance during high-concurrency periods.
