1 to 12 years of experience in Guidewire.
Strong knowledge of Java, SQL, and integration concepts.
Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
Proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Advise on Guidewire implementation projects.
Communicate with onsite coordinators and stakeholders.
Plan and monitor project deliverables.
Mentor team members in project execution.
Report project status to management.
Interface with customers as needed.
Manage performance of direct reports.
