Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- PRC licensed holder.
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus.
- Expertise in material science and packaging development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify new materials.
- Set up bills of materials before purchase orders.
- Review and sign off on technical drawings.
- Provide technical specifications for components.
- Conduct production line trials and testing.
- Implement cost savings under the technical services department.
- Ensure technical capabilities of suppliers.
