Core Requirements

  • 5+ years of Technical Support experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Network Switching and Routing
  • Good knowledge of Solaris and Unix platforms
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Zendesk
  • Strong communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Deliver post-sales support to customers in JAPAC & EMEA
  • Troubleshoot support tickets daily
  • Coordinate with various internal support teams
  • Ensure SLAs for ticket resolutions are met
  • Work flexible hours including weekends as needed
  • Assist in improving Knowledge Base documents
  • Act independently while developing customer issue solutions
