- Experience in Cement/Mining plants preferred
- Knowledge of OT Security and Networking
- Hands-on experience in PLC hardware troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Manage remote software maintenance per schedules.
- Generate sales leads for the regional sales team.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and emergency visits.
- Maintain communication with customers for satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot industrial communication protocols.
