Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical contact for merchants and partners
  • Oversee and coordinate implementations for new clients
  • Support pitching Cybersource products to partners
  • Suggest business opportunities for clients
  • Define engagement processes between partners and Cybersource
  • Manage production issues from escalation to resolution
  • Conduct product training and business reviews
