Core Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Client Success in financial markets
  • Knowledge of Clearing and CSD systems
  • Experience with AWS and Cloud technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support services to clients.
  • Coordinate and resolve client incidents.
  • Participate in release approval meetings.
  • Act as an Incident Manager during critical issues.
  • Work with product and project teams on enhancements.
  • Manage technical projects and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and update clients regularly.
