- Degree in Engineering or related field

- Experience with AWS and Cloud technologies

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support services to clients.
- Coordinate and resolve client incidents.
- Participate in release approval meetings.
- Act as an Incident Manager during critical issues.
- Work with product and project teams on enhancements.
- Manage technical projects and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and update clients regularly.
