Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Beauty Advisor team.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, including attendance and sales.
- Provide coaching and regular evaluations to team members.
- Ensure product display and cleanliness standards are met.
- Build relationships with store supervisors and management.
- Submit regular sales reports and team activity updates.
