Responsibilities
- Monitor daily sales achievements of Experience Consultants.
- Identify low-performing Experience Consultants and devise action plans.
- Analyze and relocate Experience Consultants as necessary.
- Investigate weekly target issues in stores.
- Report competitor activities to headquarters.
- Ensure team updates displays consistently.
- Confirm weekly price updates and sales input accuracy.
