Core Requirements
- CA qualification
- 7 to 10 years of taxation experience
- Experience in complex tax litigations
- Ability to manage a team
- Knowledge of Indian tax laws
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance under the Income-tax Act and related rules.
- Oversee the completion of income-tax returns and documentation.
- Manage tax audits and respond to notices from authorities.
- Advise on GST implications and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with legal counsels for litigation cases.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact.
- Lead the taxation team and manage deliverables.
