- Oversee tax due diligence for M&A transactions.
- Communicate tax strategies to senior management.
- Provide tax advice to finance and legal teams.
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation.
- Identify tax risks and communicate them timely.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
