- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or related field
- Experience in the full cycle of income tax compliance
- Proficiency in Excel and income tax software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Client onboarding and data analysis
- Prepare complex federal and state tax returns
- Review tax provisions and collaborate on client issues
- Draft technical tax memoranda and reports
- Manage compliance and consulting projects
- Ensure quality control on delivered work
- Mentor junior staff and provide performance feedback
