- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Pursuing or eligible for CPA designation
Responsibilities
- Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for various entities.
- Maintain timely communication with clients regarding tax matters.
- Monitor filing deadlines and liaise with tax agencies as necessary.
- Conduct technical tax research and document findings.
- Support junior staff and encourage their professional growth.
- Collaborate with team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
